It can be abused by driving high end cars claiming u are testing them, without paying anything.
So go to your nearest lambo dealership and ask for free test drive. (NOT POSSIBLE)
As mane stated, we were playing here since 2-4 years back and the money we made was very small , upon hours and hours of investing it made us more capable to run businesses on rs2.0, I remember myself having 1300$ left upon buying businesses and restocking, not even enough to buy a single vehicle, that's the sacrifice it took.

So claiming that free test drive cars isn't abusive is just a sign that this whole thing is silly and it won't be applied.

Meh Script support for this would be a waste of time that's my thought, you can easily contact the Owner of the dealership to let you test drive the vehicle or contact some random guy who owns it or  just take the car from some one and test it no big deal. even you could try Single player as GFBMMC said.  Not Supported
