Contact any of manager+ over the forum PM, it is almost the same thing

It does work, if you read the message it's understandable that your message was successfully sent but not delivered to [email protected] only, it was still sent to the rest of recipients and main email.

Not sure if I can because its about my ban, and ban rules state that , what's not acceptable is:

Sending forum PMs to the admin who banned you or other staff members;

Currently Im trying this :
You have been abused? Then please write a email to [email protected] and make a proper description of the incident happened.


So I`ll need an email support,
cant get back to the Manager+ , because they are staff and it breaks the first case.

Reporting over forum pm is fine. Trying to harass staff about your unban request is a different thing and I don't think that is your intention
