Removing Suspection for car kill

It won`t promote DM, it will promote the opososite of DM, you will be dealt with Rule break if you car kill intentionally.
It will raise level of awareness of drivers in LC, it will have players feel and act more seriously when it comes to killing others by car.
Also since you are from samp, iv:mp isn`t force RP like samp , its just light rp.

Intentional carkills are dealt as rulebreaks no matter he's suspected or not.
Raise level of awareness? How? I wouldn't give a damn if i killed somebody and nobody moved a muscle, but if I had 10+ cops on me... I'd probably think of being more careful.
I don't know about other admins but the suspection in case of carkill also makes the killer easier to be seen in tab (not rly a solid point but yolo right).

All I see you use as arguements are assumptions.

Because lets say you are parked doing nothing in a heli when someone enters it , u become suspect due to script ejecting the other player to heli blades.

You are probably thinking that " since car killing wont get me suspected , how about I car kill more often?" There is a difference in being a criminal and a rulebreaker, many players will drive more carefully and avoid killing anyone to not be questioned by staff on why did he do it.

Assumption: no, players will not drive more carefully because otherwise they would after getting fined.

You were driving normally on a highway 120km/h , someone spawns suddenly , you are a criminal and bunch of cops are after you, you feel uncomfortable, unsafe and might promote the idea of you staying away from everyone.

Assumption: this has never happened to me and almost never happens. For that time if it happens there is /cs.

Same thing goes to officer, you are in a chase or you are cruising normally and someone in a bike crashes into you, you lose 500$ .

Assumption: unlikely someone will stunt near you, or the cop should report them for copbaiting.

The fear of being a criminal as a civilan, and the fear of losing 500$ shall disappear.

If someone on a bike like to stunt on ur low car, should you report them ?, what if no staff is there ?

Assumption: if there is no staff, let the cops investigate you, explain it to them and it should be fine. If there is no ranked cop online, wait or log off even.

Anyone seen car killing or having fun rulebreaking will end up replying in the unban request.

Now what about newcommers who will go on killing spree and not get suspected ?
Since they are newcommers, regardless of their crime most officers wont chase them.

Come up with facts before suggesting something. Because stuff like this can perfectly be handled for administrators and higher ranked cops. If it would not be the case and we would be overrun with the problem; the script would have been changed long time.

Yeah someone`s else fault , and you have to force RP an investigation feeling helpless then 99% get jailed.

no no its a good idea, let me get in game and pm just 2 ppl for 15minutes, before i can commit to reports yeah fast effective and a joy of any admin to chase players around and ask was your death accident or not, like i don't do anything in game so i can commit to do every report for 15min, all will be happy and willing to play knowing there report is buried somewhere and will be dealt with in next 1-2h, instead of 1-5min even if im solo with 20+ players, yes yes superb idea.

Ohh and most of all all admins will love to come online and chase around logs to see deaths and ignore reports cuz they cant do 2 things in same time and be objective.

Im loving this idea more and more day by day.

In staff job description it clearly shows that you will not have that same old fun you had before, you may in sometimes not engage in events or RP.
Anyone taking his job seriously(no offence, you are one of the best admins I know ^^) will definatly not care about extra work provided, but rather maybe have the idea removed if it overdlows in reports and neglects on the main proposed idea.
