Forum - Writable Directories

The forum's writable directories are still not set up properly, (namely for the avatars and attachments).

If you try to upload an avatar, this error message still appears:

Excuse me for reporting a forum bug. I fail to see how I am wasting anyone's time. You're the one wasting time by bothering to reply. Grow up.

Gotta agree with Sugar here, broken functions only gives the community a bad image even if there is workarounds like using external sources like Imgur.

Spoken from the perspective of a developer. Unfortunately, developers only have jobs due to there being users. Users want functions that work. IF a function does not work and there is a suitable workaround, remove the function entirely.

Marcel informed you of the imgur or other hosting website method as that's what I told players to do, we are aware of the issue and how to resolve it, how ever due to some issues on the host end a bit of trouble accured and it's just waiting now, Gandalf is aware of it and is working on resolving it but for now just use the links.
