Hello, i saw problem with the "Carkill" or nowdays "Ramming"
( If "New Player" Carkill or rammed you, you can arrest them for "(Attack)" (if you are oficer) if not /call 911.
Because you cant give them ticket, on player who didnt read the rules. After all, in RP server its not allowed to carkill people. /su [ID] (Police Oficer Atack) or (Citizen Attack) Any way to attack or damage other player, is one way or another is called (Attack). If person was arrested for This matter (Attack), they will learn for the next time not to do that again.


You cant stop (ramming players) if you dont jail them. (Attacking players with weapons with no reason is DeathMatch.) /report (ID) [Reason].
But this is car kill, that is in the rules too. After arrested, "If he makes the same thing" Admin can warn him.
For old players, there should not be arrest. Because they already know all of the rules.
"If there are no admins online, they can be report on forums. And if there are no cops online, they can be warned".


If you support, "New players that car-kill to be arrested for attack such as ramming others, or car-kill, and not warned (say +1)
If you  support, "New players that car-kill to be warned by admin, (say -1)
Its better to arrest, than warn.
New players should first be arrested and warned by Police Oficer.

Ramming and/or Carkilling is against the rules and always has been.. Just report the new player and an admin will let him know that it's not allowed.

If you arrest him for ramming or carkilling, then he may think that it isn't against the rules, but just against the law in RP.

they won't get warned on the red chats, more like verbally, an admin will talk to him privately about what is not allowed,etc..

I used to ram and kill others as a newbie, fact that even division leader or all staff did start up this way.
These players are new, they are completely lost.
They may have played official IV servers which is mostly death match and troll.
We musn't punish them or make things harders for them than it already is.
New players are welcome in the server we don't hate them or will never think about making something specialy against them.
They are shown the correct path and taught our ways of playing in the server without hostality.
New players should be educated, taught through what is right and wrong.
However once a new players is familiar with server rules then its up to him to follow it or not and based on what he does a minor punishment like /warn, /kick /ajail will only be applicable.
So there is no need for you since you are an officer to have power and control new players.
It can be abused with officers using their powers over helpless and clueless new players and justify it as doing the right thing.
I completety unsupport this idea.

If they ram/carkill you, /report. They will be handled by administration.

You can arrest them for reckless driving as it is against the law, NOT because he broke a server rule. And yes, you can explain to him in PM that besides the fact it's against the law it's also against the server rules to ram ON PURPOSE.
