We request that we are given rights to use the HQ as a Government Division. We would like to have 3 Cognoscenti's spawned there, same as the ones outside the City Hall on the 2nd Island. To defend this government property, we request ONE Annihilator on the helipad, for us to fly. If possible, we would also like some Buffaloes. No more.
