Here's the bottom line. A player with your experience, one who calls himself a veteran and one who has applied for moderator multiple times should be setting a better example and I don't just mean the handling mods I mean the way you act when admins are not around which then quickly changes whenever any admin joins. You ignore new players who ask simple questions unless you think theres an undercover around and then you are a sweet little angel who has all the answers. We have not just noticed this recently but for a long time.

You are greedy plain and simple, you want to own every business and property and you want to control everything. This is Argonath not Cups Empire. Now let me clear something else up out in the open. I don't give a shit about your house that was previously mine that you bought during RS2.0 release. If you think your ban or any actions taken against you have anything do do with that silly shit then think again, if I wanted that house I would have taken it simple as that. I shouldn't have to post this publicly but since you cant seem to stop bragging to others about "Senate is mad because I got his house" then think again. This is the attitude from you that is tarnishing the server.

To make matters worse you couldn't even post the unban request with the proper procedure, you posted an unban request then immediately tried to use the support email to bypass the unban procedure. You wanted me investigated for abusing you with a ban, that's fine I'm still waiting for any Community Leader or Owner to question me about it, I have a lot more to say about you than I will say in this post.

None of the staff would shed a tear if your unban request was denied, the server would probably be better off without you to be honest. Since I'm such a nice guy I'm going to give you a chance at redemption. You will be unbanned for a period of 30 days, if you do not show drastic improvement in your behavior and attitude during that time then your unban will be revoked. If any staff member or player reports any shenanigans coming from you your unban will be revoked. Understood? Good.
