Dear court,

I came today, to adress the court about a copyright claim that is intended to cover the business that i have created, with the aim to stop copying and/or scams. Nobody wants to see an ideea being copied and used afterwards, this is why, me, the Chairman / CEO of "Genovese Real Estate" "Luxury Homes, Property Market and Mortgage Loans" i am here.

My demands are the following paragraphs.

The patent owner: Chairman & Chief Executive Officer "Marko Genovese" [PuNNcT] ; The ownership of the patent will go under my ownership and no one else.

I am requesting copyright claim over the following items, which includes:

1. Name of business: "Genovese Real Estate" ; As well as the usage of the "Luxury Homes, Property Market and Mortgage Loans" in this properly order. I want to state that, we usually use this sentence replacing 5th word, which is "and" with " & " for advertising reasons.

2. Abbreviation: "GRE" ; This only applies to business & advertising usage.

3. Special Features:

A. "Property Market Map" "PMM" - This feature allows anyone to check out the Liberty City for homes, businesses and garages on sale. It is, still, under development. We expect it to be finished by the day after tommorow, which is, Tuesday the 18th day of this month. If requested, the court may be allowed to access the website, but, the website will be sent in private until it is finished.

This feature is based on #Property ID which can be found on the map. Customers searching to buy a house will look for a house location in the area they want and will check if it's available by clicking a button at the side of the map, which will also take them to the property page.

B. "The Logo" ; A logo showing contents of Liberty City.

C. "The Quote" ; "Take the home (now) and pay the loan (later)"

D. "The Headquarters" ; The usage of our headquarters, which is at North Junction, "The Majestic Hotel", owned by our Chief Operation Officer Steam Genovese,
it's restricted to our business and can't gain the permission to host any other company without our agreement. This includes the advertising.

E. "GRELS" ; Genovese Real Estate Loan System. We have created GRELS in order to help anyone who can't afford a house but wants to reserve one, so the person won't be worried about anyone else buying the property before him. GRELS is divided in Home Loans and Business Loans.

They work pretty much like a bank loan procedure except that we don't give the customer any type of cash / transaction money.
We are only giving our customers the permission to use the house just like it would be their own and they receive the full ownership when the loan has been received, with a maximum time of 5 weeks. We have options that may increase the customer's loan time with 7 days in case he is not able to make the transaction in time. This comes as a surcharge and is calculated as double the interest of a week. It includes all the 7 days.
The copyright applies over all the invention.

F. "GRESTIMATION" ; Genovese Real Estimation Tool. This is a feature which can tell how much a property is worth, calculating how populated / wealthy the area is & other factors. For example, a house near a point of interest for citizens will be sold at a higher price than bought.

Those are my at-the-moment demands and i want to add that "B, C, D" paragraphs are intended to be used for advertising purposes in the name of the business.
