[IDEA] Missions for mechanic / fireman/medic system

Hello there
for the fireman/medic work, i saw no team work and im talking about regular players so automatically the newbie will never wait... and then it ends with a angry group of doctors/fire fighters. i think its time to change the system or we make it better.
also why dont we add simple missions to the mechanic job, for example ull get calls from a factories,  when they got unfixed machines or gas problems, maybe an accidents, and we will use the same freman/medic system so we get like 400$ per mission

But there is more ways to make everyone get a better share or even more money...
