Anyway, I was wondering, can we put our own photos for the background?

Try this

Just follow this simple steps below! (Back to the top)

• Copy your favorite picture/theme. (1680x1050 resolution, PNG format recommended)
• Navigate to where your GTA:IV & IV:MP is installed. (Run: %SystemDrive% > Program Files > Rockstar Games > Grand Theft Auto IV)
• Go to "IVMP\CEGUI\imagesets" directory.
• Paste the picture/theme, Rename the picture to "IVMPBackground.png".
• (Additional Step) Rename the logo to "IVMPLogoHiRes.png" if there's any.

You're done!
