Resignation of the temporary Judge

As of now, I will be laying down my position of temporary Judge. I had the title of "temporary Judge", because I knew one day (sooner than later) I will quit this position. I will watch the Judge applications and hire a new one.

All the current court cases will be frozen untill a new Judge has been chosen.
