1,000,000$ defamation lawsuit against ARPD and NOOSE by Dread_Genovese

Dear court, on the date of 13/08/2017 I was being chased by ARPD for valid crime. Although my crime was valid some officers who were involved in the chase were using *high speed cars* for the chase even though my car was Presidente which is not a sports car. A TRU Sergent to be specific used Coquette to chase me down and pit maneuver me which is not lawful according to law of LCPD. I count it as disrespectful and insulting.


My demands:
1,000,000$ for the damages done.

LCPD procedures are not laws unfortunately and the Liberty City Court can only rule on law violations not policy violations.

I would suggest making a complaint in the complaint sections of the ARPD forums where it would be more appropriate.

The 1,000,000 demand is a bit over the top as well, hard to know if this is a serious case or a troll, regardless the courts will be unable to view this case for the reasons stated above.
