DirectX 9.0 not detected || SAMP

Hi there,
After installing Windows 10,I've been rescountering some problems with my game.. Whenever I try to run it it says: Grand Theft Auto requires at least directx 9.0.. I've got DirectX 12 here.
SYSTEM SPECS:
i7 4790
GTX 745
1TB HDD

did you installed any ENB? D3D9.dll sometimes gives that error, try to re-install or delete the enb

No I didn't,fresh install,no d3d in my folder somehow

1. Press Windows key + X then press P to open the control panel.
2. Find / Open “Programs and Features” then press the “Turn windows features on or off“… it’s on the left hand side.

This should be stick imo so people who have W10 and encounter this problem with SAMP or any other old games find the fix easily.
