Dealership Applications

There are currently four dealerships available in Liberty City. The staff has been bombarded with requests for them. Simply putting them for sale and letting them be bought as "first come first serve" is not a fair solution, neither is giving them to those who have requested them without allowing others a chance to buy them.

We are going to have an application process. Those who wish to apply must follow certain guidelines and meet certain criteria.

Applicants must:

- Not currently own a dealership in Liberty City

- Have enough money to purchase the dealership

- Have enough money to stock the dealership and keep it stocked

- Must be an active rule following player

- The dealership may not be sold to another player directly, it must be sold to the state first and the State can deny transactions it see's as problematic or unqualified

- Only ONE of the four dealerships may be applied for, applications for multiple dealerships will be ignored and disqualified from the auction.

Applications will be accepted for 1 week. After that time the management will determine which applicants meet the qualifications and then a RNG (random number generator) system will be used to select the winners.

You aren't in charge of these business ,therefore you don't speak for them.

The server rules states that if a business is not stocked for 1month , it then and only then can be sold.

As long as there are stocks in the business and the rules aren't altered you have no right to claim these business.

Property Rules:

Business owners will be required to keep their businesses stocked. If a business is observed having 0 stock and the owner has not logged in within 30 days, the business will be reset and available for purchas.
Home owners who have not entered the server within a period of 3 months will lose their homes and will be available for purchase by other players. Reimbursements will be made if contacted the previous owner within 7 days of removal

It's still on. I think this has been delayed because of the server being down a weekend and maybe we'll wait untill we got the new IP
