Were these the vehicles for the drug minigames or?

Diablo Stallion was added by axxo for lols and testing the custom vehicle system.

Cartel Rancher was planned to be used in a new mini-mission but we never 100% figured out the idea of the mini-mission and how it's exactly supposed to work.

Alright, so for testing

At the back of the Cartel Rancher are guns (desert eagles and FNFALS), so maybe there should be a gunrunning minigame with it, and the reward being guns of any kind, and random ammunition.
