You said Charlie told them to leave, then you landed and they were aiming.. So you just opened fire without proper interaction with the other side. To let you know, "Leave or die" RPs count as Deathmatch which is without a doubt not allowed.

In the middle of our chat in the admin house, Just after I started questioning you about DM. You /q'ed, Ignoring my questions to you.

Also, Considering your punishments history, You were pretty much punished for the same reason more than three times which means you got enough warnings about it.

This is totally way different from " leave or die "...

1st it's an empty weedfield we found..
2nd Charlie and couple of associates were taking cover speaking to the other players who were doing the same.
3rd Buddah was on the roof aiming at the guys on the field.
4th When we landed to speak to Buddah he took off without saying a single word.. ( check the logs. i told im to stop to talk, then he took off)
5th After Charlie asking for help, i landed on SFAP, found Dennis aiming  which made me think that the shoot out started, BUT i did not shoot him on sight, i was running towards him, he simply entered his vehicle and drove away, while he was driving i shot him.

I did not ignore, and i q'ed cuz i explained to you the scenario more than 3 times, 1st time when Dennis reported me, AND i told you " I'm willing to leave the field, i don't care ".
when i asked you to continue, you said yes, then suddenly we got shot at from no where, i pm'ed you, and asked you about solving the scene, and asked to get TP'ed with Dennis, to sort the situation out and perhaps continue the scenario.. yet you totally ignored what i said earlier and started to questioning me about Dennis's report, if you did not get my part of story why you told me to continue ?

Although you have no evidence about me shooting him on sight beside his words..

And i did not /q to avoid your punishment, you said " you should leave the field " i replied " Ok, fk it i'm out " then /q'ed, and i even spoke to you on discord just to give you the clear story, yet once i logged IG you gave me a straight ban.

Whatever you say, still. i don't deserve a ban, because what i did even if it was DM as you say, it'd be a miss understanding, because i'm not a player who pull the trigger for no reason.

When I told you "Yes" continue. That was due to the fact that I received informations from your side only. The other side didn't give a brief explanation to the incident but then they did. And I TP'ed you both to make things way more clear.

We do have strict orders regarding DM. And I believe you did DM. I hope you quit acting innocent like everytime. Be clear and honest if you want things to go well.

I did /q immediately after you said leave the field, anyways, i did not really care about the field, but i /q'ed then entered the discord to talk to you, if i thought it'll get me punished i wouldn't  have /q'ed..

About the /q part. It was seen by other staff members too and confirmed by them as well. So I'm not the only one. As soon as I started to question you. You /q'ed.

Why did you call me "unfair" and "stoned". Seconds after that I started asking you about the shooting reason and you /q'ed.

I'm clearing the things you could not figure out IG, if you still think i'm THE ONLY ONE who need to be banned then i disagree with you, you simply believed the first guy who got banned for " Stop or die " rule, and figured out somehow that i managed to start a dm scene, well, i accept if i deserve to be banned, but Dennis should be creating an unban request with me.

I didn't ban you based on what Dennis said, You said it yourself.. "He got in his vehicle to run away" So you opened fire at him. That will never ever count as a proper RP reason/Interaction to shoot at him. You could simply report him as I mentioned above for ignoring RP.

I also did consider your punishmemts history all for pretty much the same reason. DMing/Poor RP and so on. You cant do this for the 6th time and get away with a light punishment.

About Dennis, He was told to stop shooting and he did. And then we went to sort things out from the root. I wouldn't hesitiate to ban him if I did feel he deserves one. The whole situation was a mess.
