Story time:
There was a situation between rival teams (SIC, Fischetti, Corleone Sforza and associates who had weed field)  against (Gvardia and associates). Gvardia came to the scene, saw the huge number and went back, kept scouting from a distance with cameras, camping over a house that one of them owns. One of the weed field holders started shooting these people scouting with no interaction or whatsoever which caused a mass dm there, the one who shot was you. You've lied back then when I asked everyone to man up and not backstab your friends instead of making them all getting punished like now but you did not. Prior to the ban aswell I asked you again and you lied. A day ago you were also warned for deathmatching and few minutes prior to the ban you were also warned for mass deathmatching which finally led you to here, I hope you learn your lesson from this and re-read the rules properly. Rest is up to HQ.

He's talking about you being warned for mass deathmatching prior to your ban. That was the time I verbally warned you for driving a burning car into multiple played in front of LSCH. Continuous deathmatching is a serious rulebreak as you can see. That's why you ended up getting banned. You saying  "sorry"  and me being in a good mood leaving it with a verbal warning, even making you aware that you were tempbanned the day before doesn't mean you can keep on deathmatching. If you feel like you're able to change your attitude and follow the rules, I'm fine with accepting you back into the server. If Khm doesn't have to add anything anymore, it's gonna be up to our HQ to decide. Best of luck with your appeal.

We do not need you to not start any shootouts, we need you to actually have proper grounds behind them, rather just to shoot to win. And Andeey didn't expect just one sentence from you..
