[SA:MP] Car disappearing

Basically, when somebody drives with a car near me and stops, for an example, next to me WITH the car and the driver steps out. When I move away from the vehicle, I can see it no more or the car leaves out of MY sight and when I would come back to the location where the car SHOULD be, it's not there. The other players can see it, but not me.
When the player enters the car that SUPPOSEDLY should be there, he gets removed from my screen and I get an error...

'Player [ID] was removed due to .. blah blah blah'
Warning opcode or something...

The only way I can see the vehicle again that has disappeared is when I enter and exit an interior or I just have to relog, but the solution is a serious pain in the ass sometimes.

Example of the problem; When I'm standing in front of the PD and an officer pulls over the side of the road, to talk to me. He gets out of the car and talks to me. I run BEHIND LSPD and when I come back, I can see the officer, but not the car.

I'm actually adding that I don't got any mods, except some weapon mods and roads...

No car mods, no ENB, original game, draw limit max.

If you do a reinstall, do it in a different folder (like GTA San Andreas2). Not sure why but sometimes mods and issues stick around.

Definitely mods, even though you said you don't have any there could be some of default, get a stream mem fix too
