LIBERTY STATE AGAINST HEMANTHTG

SECTION I. SUMMARY
The Crime Investigation Unit launching an operation against narcotics and illegal weapons, has found that mister HemanthTG (Andrew Smith at that time) was found buying weed from our detective. The defendant seemed pretty conscious and fearless of the consequences. The defendant has been caught twice drug dealing.

All acts below are stated in the Laws of Liberty City.

Possession - It is illegal to possess drug

Drug trafficking - selling, buying, giving out or accepting given drugs is illegal
