dont change LCFD and LCPM clinet and more

hi all .
i guess i heard the clinet of LCFD and LCPM wants to change ...
i`ve seen after changing LCFD and LCPM clinet , people no longer doing second part ...
also here is less progress for all . no one can get a good reward |
pls dont take changes to fireman and medic clinet or if you guys do , then change getting ready at any hospital ,
dont need to change more time to get ready or smt like that .
also money is no matter for me , but 70 present of people not doing his job correctly
people was more happy on last clinet and im wanna take a vote or smt .

vote: which version of EMS works better ?
1.old version ( 600 , 600 ( more teamworks )) 2.new (750 , 200 ( less teamworks ))
pls leave a comment and tell some things wanted to add on fireman or paramedic job . requesting admins to support to this .

Well, team work is really important during missions. It is a bit sad that such change was made, though. The only thing I have to is: if you worked as a team, money shouldn't matter that much. Instead, try enhancing the teamwork experience by role-playing some small things, like:

Actually the 2nd was implemented to get more teamwork.
I don't know about you but for most of the regular firemen and medics, newbies are a major problem who wished to do all the mission by themselves because they couldn't understand teamwork.
I like the new 700 200 system due to it. Plus if you do only 1 part then the profit is more than before.

This has been discussed many times before by people who suddenly need money. If you suddenly need money take a loan.

my opinion: if they need money, they can go fishing (i used to make 50k/week from fishing )
if they can't co-op in teamworks, they shouldn't go missions.

i suggest we make a script like this: count number of medics & firemen, all of them must be ready and if someone joins they'll have to wait longer till all are ready and no other joins, then mission start, give each of them an objective progress. when all of them reached the same progress, mission done, then, give reward, remove all mission objects
if someone joins medic or fireman after mission started, they'll have to wait for next mission. if one wants to skip mission, just simply quit job.  ik this will take really long in some situation and it'll be annoying but that's how teamwork is supposed to be done

Fishing might gain you more money, but it is looooong and boring, (just like) but, more exciting than grinding in Grand Theft Auto Online or any freemium game nowadays, to be honest .

i agree this . also im at old clinet having this works . fishing fast and moving to fireman job . then doing mission and fast go fish and back and repeat ..

Citizens aren't doing the second part, I agree. But most of the citizens will always be a medic/firemen If the system come back again. Then, the citizens will start rushing again, So... Unsupported
