You can better remove the old EFLC file and clear your cache instead of removing your whole Downloads folder, which in my case is literally 2TB being lost, and then redownload the file from the same link to get the new one.

Well , I didn't mean Clearing it all.
make sure to Delete/Remove all of your old browsing/downloading datas related to the EFLC.zip . Well , its your responsibility to make sure that anything related to the old EFLC.zip is completely removed from browsing/downloading data.
Basically , Focus on getting a new EFLC.zip without using the old EFLC.zip , Because they have same names !
