Further information: I role played with Brian, which turned out bad & a shootout started. I ran off from there to get weapons, to kill Brian. When I came, VCPD was there & Brian's allies were also fighting with him so I killed Bamba & Klaus, his allies because they were with him so they would kill me for shooting on brian. Then, I got banned? I did it all with proper role play, what did I do wrong?

Talking on Discord, it appears to be my mistake. Please explain it further here, I'll make sure this never gets repeated again. I was never even temp banned once in argo.

In your explanation of the scenario, you interacted with Brian and Brian alone, ran away to get more weapons and when you returned, you killed Klaus & Bamba who were fighting with cops "so they can't kill you".

This classifies as deathmatching (killing without interacting with them).

Your permanent ban was a result of you being copbanned for deathmatching.

I will never let that happen again, I can assure you with that. I admit my mistake, & it won't be repeated, count on me please. Temp-ban is okay, permanent ban is too much for me, its my first ever ban in this server & it's a direct permanent.

Kessu has explained everything, but I'll just clarify why you were banned so that you have a clear understanding.

Firstly, you had just only been copbanned for DMing, trying to excuse killing an innocent because "he had a NAR tag and I didn't read his name". This wasn't the first time I have seen you do this as well. Brian was standing on the roof of a house, and you sniped him for nothing. If you can't read names through a laserscope then you might want to go check out your eyesight. Your excuses are not going to work anymore, so sort it out.

Following that, you randomly headshot me from behind without any interaction whatsoever, which is clearly regarded as deathmatch. Kessu has explained to you why that is. I was helping Bamba, who was being attacked by cops. I was about to kill the cop when you killed me from nowhere without warning. Re-read the rules, regarding deathmatching and establishing a valid roleplay reason to kill someone.

I admit my mistake, should've interacted with you before shooting. It was my mistake, I'm apologising for that & it won't repeat again. It's my first ban in argo, please lower it to a temporary ban, I'll never break the rules again. Even, I've gone through the rules of server once again.

Explain to us in detail how you would have avoided deathmatching rulebreak that got you banned.

I should have first interacted with the partners of the guy I fought with. I should have waited for them to interact with me, either a roleplay talking or might have waited for them to shoot me for killing their teammate and then I should have fought only if they had shot or after a role play like talking if they say 'why did you kill our teamate'.

Also, before getting enganged in any combat, I should interact with proper roleplay to the situation, then I should take action.

On a side note,

I have learnt my lesson in these days, and the other consequences also I suffered from this situation. I already lost something. I am playing here from 2 years, and I am in one of the highest ranks in VCPD, I should have never death matched or broke any rule. I am guilty of my mistake, I learnt my lesson, I will not do this again.

Every kill you make must have some sort of interaction so the people who you are killing/have killed knows why they died.
