Loading screen takes too much

Normally , 1 week ago, it took from 2 seconds to 6 seconds, now idk what happend
i7 6700 , 8gb ddr4 , gtx 1060 3gb version
 
it waits like 2minutes and then starts loading
i tryed also to disble Vsync
EDIT : loading starts at 0:30 and i dont have an ssd just hdd 1 tera

Try reinstalling or copy paste the game files to a new location.

Windows 10.

They broke a lot of shit with their recent updates. My laptop which used to run smooth as hell on Windows 10 started suffering great performance loss, hence why I went back to Windows 7 and my laptop feels as if it was new.

So today i tryed many solutions, and closed and opened many times ivmp.
I noticed in task there was somethink using 20% of my cpu. It was smth like "vc/vcs runtime" i closed this task and the problem was solved.
i searched on google and i founded visual c++. May the problem be that ? Is outdated?

No, GTA IV uses Visual C++ from 2005, it's not that the issue. It could be Runtime Broker causing that high cpu usage.

Read that and also, have you installed anything new recently? Do you use any 3rd party antivirus?

i have only eflc and assassins black flag installed, and i had kaspersky, but deleted circa 2 weeks ago

I think its solved. The problem is Microsoft VS runtime. Every time i start up the pc ( fast startup disabled) and the loading of gta starts i miminize it and  kll this process . Then the game is always fast to loading until i turn off the pc.

Yes, but this problem is solved, i disabled microsoft vs runtime at startup.
So this topic can be closed.
