I. Opening Statement

Tomasiro_Soprano, aided by a henchman named Cole, who has later died, on 29th March, 2018 stole the VAJ Finance truck undergoing a security phase change. Mr. Soprano's accomplice has shot one officer dead, but has then died due to drowning, while Tomasiro_Soprano made a run for it with the cash. However, he was stopped right outside the Vice City Port by SWAT, where he stopped and surrendered. The suspect was taken in for processing in the Washington Beach precinct, where 1000 ARD of cash were found in the man's possession. Considering the fact that the man was stopped right outside the crime scene, it is safe to declare those were the funds gained through the theft.

Upon being processed for detention, Tomasiro Soprano's accomplice - Johnny SopranoT has arrived on the scene, who took the money from Mr. Tomasiro Soprano in order to stop it from being confiscated, to which Mr. Tomasiro Soprano is seen giving CB Radio orders to "store", eventually becoming an accomplice to the crime.



II. Charges

Tomasiro_Soprano:
1. Armed Robbery
Johnny_SopranoT:
1. Accomplice in crime after the fact, helping the suspect to secure illegally obtained goods.

III. Demands

1. Citizen Tomasiro_Soprano to be fined 100.000 ARD in damages to the VAJ Finance for the stolen property.
2. Citizen Johnny_SopranoT to be fined 30.000 ARD for acting as an after the fact accomplice.
3. Both defendants to be imprisoned for 15 years (15 minutes) in Federal Prison.


IV. Settlement Offer

Vice City Police Department does not wish to offer a settlement offer.
