Dear court, i am Mrs badGirldhia , Lawyer of Mr badboydhia ! On the 18 of april (8/04/2018) badboydhia was driving his burrito , and he saw the police sirens and i heard him saying pull over so he directly did.Once badboy stopped the officer came and said that he will be frisked! the officer frisked badboy without any reason , also without any warrant ! then he fined badboydhia with 250$ ticket for reckless driving !
okay lets say the driving of badboy was reckless !

Penalty: Ticket issued for 150$
Range of traffic violations involved:

• Reckless driving on the road (Moving from a lane to a lane, speeding, drifting, sudden stops, U-turns, etc.)

officer deejay fined Mr badboydhia with ticket cost 250$ instead of 150$
which is abuse of the tickets/fines and their prices !
he is clearly using his priority to gain money

Be aware that any abuse of the tickets/fines or their prices may lead you to harsh punishments such as copban (You get banned for certain period of time from the police), temporary ban from server for misbehaving or even permanent ban from the server. (In which case you really abused the system, by exaggerating it to "scamming")

I would like to inform the jury that Mr badboydhia wont accept any apology will be made the defandant .

Requests/demands
-I request to get my 250$ back plus another 250$ cause im not greedy as much as Mr . jackson & wright
-Requesting a copban for officer deejay for breaking the rules of ticketing system until he get re trained so he wont abuse his rights and duty against citizens.

To Lawyer Dhia.

It has come to my attention that you are making a courtcase against this officer. Aren't you the same person who actively trying to defend the same person on the case State vs Dhia Guns and Stark Ammu Nation Vs Dhia Guns? How do you manage.. Well on to the matter of this case, you say that this officer used his sirens and lights and even told your client to pull over? According to my client there were reports of Mr Dhia driving like a madman around the area of MGS and swirling all over the road. Do you like to comment on that? Also isn't just Officer "DeeJay" just an arpd officer and not bound by LCPD procedures hmm?

And I would love to point out that you have forgotten 2 important details of your little video recording. You said you were recording him with a dashcam? But what I recall a dashcam only sees infront of the dash not all around, and for it to work the vehicle needs to be atleast turned or the key set to on before you start the vehicle up. And in a traffic stop the officers always tells you to turn off the vehicle. So how did you record him from the side of the van and do your client own this van and didn't he forget to set it on so it there would be valid proof?? And you speak of greed.. Well you demand 250$ for him to pay back and additional 250$ for what reason? If you only lost 250$ why would you need additional 250$? I would call that very greedy.

yes i was drifting and driving like a madman when no cops online ! and specially when u are not on /duty !
u just see me doing a crime , and u joined /duty , u become a cop and u come to me and fined me for that crime ? which is as far as i know a rulebreak

okay lets say that dashborad camera can only record the front of the van !
i would like to inform u that the dashborad camera records voice + video (i already told u on /em that it record voice + video)
i see that voice record + a picture of the ticket is a valid , enough proof!
So basicly u are mad because Mr badboydhia recorded officer deejay abusing rules of ticketing system ?

Even if it it record voices, does the defendant mention his name once while you recorded this? If not then you have no valid evidence of him doing anything towards you, basic knowledge to know that.. And where is photo of the ticket you keep talking about? I don't see it? Do you see it? Come up with some valid evidence and stop wasting the courts time if you don't have anything to prove.

You don't seem to understand it.. You said it yourself that the video can only be shown from the front while it happend at the side of the van.. Now explain me how the video shows you taking a picture, and why haven't you presented this picture to the court? Either provide valid evidence or drop the case. You just keep going around in a circle without an end to it.

i take the picture of the ticket using my chinise iPhone ! not using the dashboard camera!

all what u are doing is trying to avoid the harsh punishments by saying
