• If the Loan is not paid back in the Time requested, you agree that you will be taken to court for the original amount(including interest)  plus 20% of the amount loaned.
• Interest is 4%. Depending on the amount being requested and will be added on a weekly base. (4% added per week to total sum)
• Need to ensure payment, if you cannot pay back the loan the court will liquidize your assets to make the payments.

          Bank received a letter from Mr.Melan on 7th april 2018, after that Mr.Melan was never seen in the city.
