IVMP T4 wont stop loading

Launcher stucks on the loading screen and it loads forever with the lame ass music and photos, just keeps on changing em and does nothing. If anyone has an idea what I can do, a little bit of help would be appriciated.

Fixed by adding -noprecache to my commandline, it disables the game loading stuff.
