How can I use the 3.7DL and 3.0 version at same time so that I can use Argonath and other servers too...

Download 0.3.7 to your GTA SA folder, make a folder named 0.3.7 and put the SAMP files in there. Then download 0.3.DL to your GTA SA folder, make another folder named 0.3.DL and put the files in there. Whenever you are switching servers, just copy and paste the files inside the folder to the main game folder. The addons are either broken or needs too much work to be done, I suggest doing it by hand, it's safer. You can always rely on my tactic.
