When I first wrote the level and experience system I didn't really know what I was doing, the simplest method was every 1,000 points is a level. However that isn't how this works in traditional systems, and is for many reasons broken. I am much more knowledgeable now and know the mathematical way to handle these calculations. I will be performing a change to that very algorithm which determines your level from experience.
Without a doubt, you will drop a lot of levels as this new system cause experience needed per level to scale based on your level. In addition, some tasks may require more or less experience, math is fun.
What is the gain? Most systems which use a level/experience will reward to scale based on experience/level. In addition, failure chances will be also calculated.
