Update list RS6.2.4i

Script Changes:

• Using /usegate on multiple of the same gate (Ex. Airport) now shows one message, instead of two.
• Fixed bug with item names being too long, making /use not work after relogging.
• Fixed 3D Text bug with Corpses (and hopefully Gas Stations / Fire Missions / etc.)
• Fixed bug with allowing multiple players carry the same corpse
• /givewear [playerid] [slotid] to allow sharing of wear slots with other players. Other player must accept this request with /acceptwear [slotid]. Only one request can occur at once and the request will timeout after a minute.
• Added player skin to mechanic skin menu.
• Adjusted the Fort Carson area to include the north side of Fort Carson.
• Added dialog for /revokepropertyrights to show everyone who has access to the property and you can now revoke offline player's rights.
• Removed the ability to give yourself property rights to your own property.
• Fixed "You are now Entering Los Santos..." message bug when spawning in. Now it will only show you the message for the city you are actually in on spawn.
• Added welcome message for new players that is sent to all players if other players are on. Please welcome new players and help them.
• Added search functionality to /help
