Going is and has been one of the leading oil companies in the United States of Argonath ever since the dawn of the automotive industry. We have been keeping the cars of millions of Argonathians at peak performance for decades now, through top-of-the-line gasoline and oil products. Going has its roots among the top oil corporations of the 19th century. Initially based in Liberty City, Going heavily expanded across the entire country in the years following its foundation, with multiple petrol stations available in Florida.

Going's aim in Vice City is to promote the noble sport of vehicle racing in all of its forms, through quality products, sponsorships, and themed events.

It is a street-legal unleaded gasoline solution with an octane rating of 100 and is aimed towards high performance vehicles. O.G.R.A. is the preferred choice among competitors in leagues such as IndyCar or NASCAR. In Vice City, it is the preferred choice among some of the top racers in the Full Throttle Speed Runnerz Championship, or the Vice City Rally Championship.

I've heard rumors about your experimental efforts to implement different types of fuel injection in cooperation with one of your partners. Could you maybe tell us a little more about this? Or are they just rumors?

Does that mean a new type of engines and probably new cars?

There have been efforts to design an efficient model for an engine control unit (ECU) to control the fuel lines. I believe the big car manufacturers in Detroit have already implemented electronic fuel injection (EFI) in cars that you often see on the streets of Vice City, such as the Banshee or the Sabre.

I won't go into detail yet since this is still in prototype phase, but with the help of our partners in Vice City, we hope to be able to modify carburetor-reliant cars to utilize the more power and fuel-efficient EFI systems in the near future.
