Dave and Giac, your new head DJs - our plans.

Hey radio DJs and listeners.

Recently Dave and I have been appointed head DJs..
And I am revealing our plans for the radio now:


Rid ALL DJs. - You will have to re-apply if you were a DJ before. Sorry, but this is part of our "Fresh start" initiative.
Clean up. - We will be removing almost all posts from the radio forums..another part of fresh start.
Frequent "special" shows. - We will be having the radio for special days..eg, christmas, new years, easter, etc. We CAN kick DJs off the radio if you do not comply..

I think you will have a problem getting people to commit to times and scedules as they are for the most still living at home , that being said I would like to aply for my own show on fridaynight or saterday night but ill do it in the correct topic .

Ps If you dont want people to post in a sticky lock it  :roll:

i don't think we'll have scedules..they are usually messy and people don't follow them..for example, i only dj when i feel like it..

and the stickys are open incase anyone wants to ask a question aboiutt content in the sticky

All DJs should announce the time when they can run their program...
Without it we shall come again to the same shit what was before...
All days there were 1-2 DJs for 1-2 hours when they felt they wanna run... All other time was covered by autoprogram (playlist)...

Radio is Radio, DJ is a work...
If you do not feel the responsibility for this work - why apply?
If you do not feel yourself to run a program why applied?

I also have sometimes feelings i do not wanna run my work... Do I disappear?
Only those who really feel themselves DJs (run the programs in whatever happens around) - welcome then on radio to run it...

Otherwise i do not see a reason in reconstruction...
As it was before 50 djs and none on radio - it will be continued...

Better 5 good DJs then 50 "Today I do not feel myself DJ"...

I think it would be great if you got a DJ who was willing to play old school rap, tupac, ice cube, NWA ,dre etc
