Well, I think that it's shouldn't be allowed in SA:MP
Cause:
 most players haven't guns to arm you while inside the car
 most players haven't drive by guns to DB car to car
 shoots outside to inside the cars are bugged and don't do almost any damage, they do like 20% of the damage.
 it's too auto aimed.


 :ps: For VC:MP visitors: Drive-by in VC is considered normal shooting(stop whining).

I only driveby-ed at the suspect's vehicle.. not at the suspected person.

Becuase you are laggy for us Hayden.. it gives you advange, plus you drove a crossbike, what is more harder to catch.

1. First of all I edited the topic post as the author abused the big font in his message which is really annoying...
2. Drive by as a driver is not allowed as advantage over other players (auto-aim)
