I crash when I try to tune cars at tuning shops. This only happens on SAMP.

I think Vice used to get this as well.

"So how does a conversation go with Arnold Schwarzenegger to end up in a hot tub with him?"

"Well, something like; GET IN TO DER HOT-TUB WITH ME, STEVE"

Try to reinstall the game, but first you need to make a backup of your Savegame(s)

Don't do this...

Simply follow these steps.

1) Start > Run > type 'dxdiag' > OK
2) Click the 'Sound' tab.
3) Set 'Hardware Sound Acceleration Level' to 'Basic Acceleration' then click 'Exit'

P.S. You can also try your 'Hardware Sound Acceleration Level' on 'Standard Acceleration'.

I don't know why it has anything to do with your hardware sound acceleration but trust me, it works. Well it did for me anyway.

Try,
1) Start > Control Panel
2) Click 'Sounds and Audio Devices'
3) Under 'Speaker Settings' on the 'Volume' tab click 'Advanced'
4) Click the 'Performance' tab and set the 'Audio Playback Hardware Acceleration' to 'Basic Acceleration'. Then click OK.
