I have been advised that AVDS and ARPD have slighty different information on Speed Limits..
This has lead to some confusion and ARPD are now stepping into line with AVDS as AVDS are the offical Driving School.
This means the following apply.
In San Andreas speed limits do apply, the limits are:
Unlimited on Highways
80 Km/h in city and town limits (ie Las Venturas, Angel Pine etc)
120 Km/h on all other roads
You are more likely to be done for dangerous driving but if things go quiet watch your speed, it is still against the law to go above these and you can be fined, or if you dont stop even worse!!
