169.21 & 175.16 Nvidia Drivers dont Run GTA:SA for me ??!!

I had this problem since the last NVIDIA drivers came out (169.21).. I install them amd SA doesnt start ..I also found out gta3 and vice city dont work

a few weeks back new drivers came out(175.16) and today i installed them hoping I could upgrade my drivers AND play Sa with them ..unfortunately NOT

I had to downgrade to my old 163.71 drivers to be able to play (since the games dont start in single player I cant play SA:MP or MTA:SA VC:MP etc etc on the new ones although the client opens)

does anyone know how or what to do ..or does anyone also have the problem ? i did a search and posted on the nvidia forums but up 'till now NO result

I have a Geforce 8800gts (640mb) I can hardly keep playing with a driver over a year old ..sooner or later new games wont run under the old driver..

well i guess its some big time bug... when i instaled latest ones 175.. reset... my sistem got booted to 234x300 resolution with 4 bit color... faulty drivers... idk for time beeing im sticking to old trusty 163's

since vista and teh vista compatible hardware came out a lot of things on xp 9like old xp games) are not functioning anymore great ..really great ..I happen to enjoy older games also so now I cant play them ?grrrrr(found another few old games incompattible with my new card now i cant play those  :hit:)

Me to I cant even play knights and merchants anymore its just 9 years old :poke:

9 years means ancient to these people ..idk Ithe game is Shogun total war(2000) and I hear Medieval total war has the same (2004 i think)

the graphics may be a bit out of date but the gameplay on those games is still fun and as for the japanese theme with samurai there really isnt any replacement for it that has a turn phase AND an Real time strategy fase i love that game and it runs but then you cant click on your units and move them etc 

there are other games like Rome total war but I just like the japanese style so much
