Cant start up ANY game at all

Every time i try to start up a game, the whole screen goes black, and then it just goes back to the desktop.

You found paradise in Argonath. You had a good game, you made good friends. The admins protected you and there were courts of law. So you didn't need a friend like me. Now you come and say "Aragorn, give me justice." But you don't ask with respect.

also start>run type dxdiag   or hold win key +r type dxdiag

see what version is ur directx posible some game or program downgraded it reinstal directx, also get new video card drivers

Try reinstall all com (Windows), it should help :)
