We are the Vice City Rouges, a new found gang on the streets of the city, based in Little Haiti, the home of precious weed 
Area:
The little village that you see when you enter Little Haito from Leaf Links bridge, home of many shacks and weed feilds.

Cops: Target Practice =p, unless you are a rouge cop, in which you can suspect any unwanted attackers.
Robbers: Dirty Work, mainly earning money for us.

Its easy for me to keep Akatsuki under control, and several people alreadt said Im worthy of my post. ^_^

IMPORTANT: The [AK]-{VCR} Alliance is nonexistent, and so is the sharing of Prawn Island.
 How sure will I be that you are a rule-abiding clan? Whether you are trying to control
 your flaming, whether controlled or not, as long as you still flame, you are still a flamer
 and Rulebreaker. Plus there's also the damage you caused to other players, like Trueblue
 and Carlisle, with all your flaming. A clan is the reflection of its leader, so I was so grateful
 when Akatsuki turned out to be a good clan. But how about you? You desperately have to
  stop flaming man.
