When ever i go into the hotring stadium i cant move like its lagging super bad like .2 fps but outside its perfect why is this could it be because i dont have any audio

Actually, in DD's low fps is an advantage for you - trust me :P

Well.. Can be all the players and vehicles gathered in a such small spot.. Or the customized interior..

And the Cars were all in the same place outside of the stadium and i had no lag

I also have this problem with some interiors like the nightclub in LV... its virtually impossible to move around in it. Like 1 frame per 5 seconds :\
