Another idea popped into mind, i think you should be able to store drugs in a property that you buy.

the drugs stay's.. when you die.. or rejoin the server..

It would be nice to store more things in your house but Goodblue is right, this idea is not really needed. Since there is no limit to how many drugs you can carry it would be fine to just leave them on you.
