Connection timed out

Hello, i wonderd if you could help me?

i started playing MTA 2 days ago, i played on the VC RPG Server. I was on it all night with no problems but today when i try to connect it keeps saying Connection Timed Out (Delay=10 Secs) can anyone help me please?   :help: :help: :help:

Server is not up.

see i get this error a lot, server is up, but i time out, so what i do is goto network connections, disconnect internet, and reconnect, sometimes I gotta do it 2 or 3 times.

I got that problem too on MTA:SA. Any way to fix it too?
