The History
     The Man In Black, has establish at Argonath on the date of 27-10-08.Man In Black is organized by a ARPD officer,Charz.Man In Black is come to argonath because of the Gang,Mafia is being stronger and stronger.Therefore,as Charz major aim,Man In Black would tackle this problem Secretly.Man In Black would take everything in silence.As a result, gang member would not know if he is being monitor or not.Man In Black brought the Fear of silence and the scare of quite to the argonath's criminal.

The Mission
      Man In Black's mission is simple---Balance the Justice To Argonath. Man In Black would control the problem of Gang/Mafia Activities.In other side, Man In Black would also take care of Violence Police.This is the main job of us,Man In Black.However, Man In Black would not take over the problems entirely.As Man In Black's mission is Balance the Justice. We ,Man In Black believe, this city, argonath, should have some Police, and some Gangs/Mafias.Remember, We are not police,nor FBI. Man In Black is Balance the Justice! 

What we do in most of the time?
      We would be driving a Black car petrol around The whole City. And we would give service for:
      1. Tacking The Gang/Mafia
      2. Helping Victim of Facing a Violence Police.
      3. Providing  Security Service In Low Price.
      4. Doing a secret Mission Provided by the Man In Black's Organization.
     As we would not be shown up most of the time. If you observe any Gang activity ,Facing Violence Police. And need us for security service.Find us by making calling me ,Phone number:9979.
      If you see us doing our job, don't be panic, We won't attack Citizen, And we won't kill Any people even if he is gang member, We are Man In Black, not Police or Hitman.

The rule of Man In Black
           Three main rules.

       3.Must not Kill anyone unless you have no choice.
