Help NEED LVL 5 ADMIN ASAP

hi i am silver_CaponeT i went to buy my new skin from a store in sf i went there with 850 and i spent all of it up to 400 anyway i was on my way back to a ATM at the LS city hall i deposited 400 all together but only 200 went in i did /deposit again then it said cash imbalance detected money cheating is bannable then server closed i did not money cheat nor do i know how can an admin fix this asap i dont know if rest of my money is bugged but u do know at least 200 is please lvl 5 admin fix i also reconnected to try again and same thing happeneda guy also bought weed off me and when i went to go put that in the bank coz i though it might not be imbalnced it did same think as listed aboved it kicked me now i have 1050 cash in hand not being using and cant go in bank please please help me asap i am on every day around 5 pm EST
