Graphic problems in SA...

Well ive had these problems ever since i started playing SA. I just never bothered asking for help :P. So..im getting strange graphic tearings on all of the pedestrian models..like sometimes you can see through them. The only model im not getting them with is with the CJ model :S. Some people on different sites have told me its because my graphics card is ATI Radeon? which i dont believe.
My computer specs:
AMD Sempron 2400+ 1,67ghz
512MB of RAM
and ATI Radeon 9250 series 128mb

I play SA with "Low" graphics settings

9200, 9250, and all the way up to 9600 have an issue with GTA... i have heard if patch that fixes this on web but didnt find any, try googling maybe you will find one..

Well...the only model i have installed is that SWAT skin mod..but it cant be the reason because ive had this problem ever since i first played the game. and i couldnt fine any patch for the 9250 Oh well. i made a bad graphics card choice :P

Remove it. It should work

Try installing other display drivers (maybe newer one?)
Im sure its not matter of skin mod.

But seriously, wow. Is it a video driver issue?



You can try OMEGA Drivers: http://www.omegadrivers.net/ Doubt it'll work, but it's worth a try.

i also have an ati radeon 9250 and get no bugs at all...
maybe you're still using default xp drivers (i used to get all sorts of bugs in games when i used those)
