I got a S-Video cable next to me.. I need to change some settings (I think)...
The problem is relevant..
When I plug the LCD TV I got, from my PC, the whole screen comes up almost.. Or more precisely, the "Start" icon doesnt come up, the icons on the desktop doesnt come up either.. Only the Desktop picture comes up.. It got the completely right solution..
When I trail the mouse, the screen moves, and it get messed up

A question why do you connect monitor on S-Video??
HD3650 has 2 DVI ports:
DVI:

and you get one one DVI to DSUB connector:

90% of monitors connect via DSUB...

btw this is S-Video

and its used to connect second device like tv or wide screen for movies

My pm is NOT an unban section

I have S-Video to Scart cable, works well.
My current TV is Philips something and cable works, BUT my picture is black-white.
Why?
The Thomson TV, what we used before current TV, worked well, with colors.

How to get the colors to TV?
Checked nVidia Control Panel, nothing helped.
TV doesn't have Analog input either and my graphics card has only one DVI(which i use for monitor).
