Guys please remember admins ARE humans too, they are PLAYERS who have given up the ability to just play, they are required when in server to work for the good of the server, but they are NOT multi task capable, they are NOT super humans, they have limits and I find it annoying that you players thinkg we can drop everything even when NOT IN THE SERVER... We have lives OUTSIDE of this server and I am disgusted to see this view that shows that you do not seem to consider this.
As some of the longer term players know, this server is not just about admins monitoring and players playing, its about the 2 groups actually working together within server rules. You helps us, we help you, and in the end we WILL succeed as a server not as admins or players but as a community on this server.
Rs4 is an example of the community and quite a number will know that I have talked to groups to gather information, I have also spent time look at the ideas, and this of course is detracting from my admin duties, yes I feel guilty but I know that when RS4 does come out you will see it has been worth it...
I come on server and normally for at least 30 minutes I spammed for help help help on pm, phone and sms. As many know I try to help ALL..
Admins are far busier than many realise, it can take time to confirm hackers or just bad players, and during this checking they do not find it easy to do another task, I may of let some bad cops get away yesterday cos I was busy dealing with OTHER requests... who gets priority.. we just try to make best decision at the time, it maybe right or wrong in your view but we make that decision based on OUR experiance and how we see it will affect the server.
