hello argonath RPG

todayy i was selling hotdogs at santa marina beach, james bellic came to me and said you will die
I wanred admin [AV]Vince and [R*]MrsS i continued selling hotdogs, then a hole gang came and started to make trouble, eventualy to make a long story short, they started shooting, they ruinned the RP, i was pissed of, got a banana and a 1 hour tempban, cause i evaded banana cause i used /ad to say i was pissed of. i wanna say, that a kick should be enough, tempbann is overreacted for a person who follows the rules every day.

this is an exemple of what i call 'screwing peacefull rp of somebody'
shooting habits like this need to stop at once. i'l tired of it. People like me and my customers are the victim of those gangsta's shooting.

I learned to stay calm, but now i couldn't hold it anymore. so i evaded banana and get tempbann

i got 2 questions to the people who were there besides the gang

question1: Can i start a courtcase against this people, even if it wasn't RP?
i used /me uses camera and took pictures of everything that happened.

question2: i forgot the e-mail to report people again


PS: tempbann is overreacted no doubt about it, next time kick is enough
People should stop screwing RP of peopl
Will the people who have caused this be punished or not

First of all, there was never something like a gang war.

If you mean the situation at your hot dog stand, it was one single gang. Nothing else.

I think it was a bit too harsh to ban you, Eddie.

I think , you must first report correctly not gonna shout with caps and flaming others 2 times.
Then i banana you, after that you used /ad for that with caps u were pissed off blabla and then Inkognito tempbanned you.

But you wasnt calm. Be calm and everything is ok.

carbon, i have warned admin [AV]Vince and R*MrsS BEFORE the hole thing started. So i was calm, but the fact that only vince came and non admin helped him, made me explode. I did what admins expect me to do as civilian of argonth.

I still think the motto is: Inform/report to admins what is going on. Admins take action.  Now admins didn't repsond or only vince who couldn't handle it alone. Afterwards i didn't see any admin doing something, besides banana me, what was correct ofcourse no doubt about it. and tempbann me, what was complete wrong.

so please do'nt tell me to stay calm when i did everything i had to do. But when the admins don't respond when i have eported them i think about 4 times in Pm and in main chat that it was going wrong. I couldn't handle myself anymore.

i have nothing against argonath gangstas, but i hate waht they did   

I really demand respect for everybody his Rp, ALSO ME i need to have respect for gangsta Rp, but when i ask, to leave us alone and not to shoot, and you start to shoot us all... well do'nt expect i have respect for all of you either.

Bellics are f*cking cockroach DMers... 3 Bellics once started shooting me (When I wasn't in Montana) because "they were bored".
Other thing, I once lost 8k of weapons because Bellics DMed me. I wasn't doing anything and I was /hailing.

If a gang is dm report not only to admins online. Report to mail also. There have been gang warnings before on some gangs. And as u seen they calmed down and changed to a better gang. Gang/mafia....
