Two Girls I know who play PC games like CS, ET and Tomb Raider series. In Tomp Raider you sometimes have to think a lot.

I was gonna suggest same as cane. Gta 4. U got it all. Singelplayer, multiplayers. Shooting, a story, not much thinking, just follow the maps and listen on instructions:) got what she want ;)

Try HL2: Not so bad graphycs,maybe even better than some games nowadays,Lots of shooting,some physical puzzles.If you choose this,i hope she'll like it.
