This Probleme happen many times really many many times...just with Argonath server sometime it fox itself some times no for that i need a Usefull  Solution

Its shows retrieving info when the server is down....

May be a bug in the refreshing of your client to retrieve the server information.
Did you try to reinstall the client / Refreshing manually by clicking the refresh button in the client?
