Grand Theft Auto, Servers Impossible

Just thought you might wanna see this, posted from a big game hosting site:

With the arrival of GTA IV for PC, the possibility of hosting GTA IV server has been asked by our clients.

We have reviewed the game files and it is understood that the multiplayer game can not be hosted on a server like the mutiplayer mods for SA:MP and MTA:VC. To host game servers on a system that has the minimal specification would be possible, but not interesting commercially.

Until Rockstar Games brings out a dedicated server package we will not be able to host GTA IV.

 It disappoints us that game publishers do not think about server hosting when developing a multiplayer game, however it is a practice that has been seen regularly lately.

They just released GTA IV on PC so I think we will have to wait a couple of months/years untill R* completes that package. Or maybe somebody else will do it before them?

No one else can, it's all copyrighted.

Oh yeah didn't think of that lol. But GTA VC and SA is also copyrighted. So whats the difference?
